"Recently, I discovered a leak in my roof after heavy rain. I reached out to Simeon from Verstera Roofing, and he came the same day to inspect the issue, spending over an hour checking both my attic and roof. While he had a strong suspicion about the cause, he didn't want to replace a portion of my roof unnecessarily. Instead, he said that if it happened again, he would come over during the rain to get a clearer picture. I was genuinely surprised and grateful that he didn't charge me for this visit. A day or two later, we experienced strong winds, and several roof tiles were torn off. Once again, Simeon came over the same day and installed a tarp to protect the damaged area. As soon as the rain cleared two days later, he completed the repairs, and I haven't had any leaks since. I'm incredibly thankful to Simeon and his team for their careful approach. Rather than rushing to replace part of my roof, he took the time to assess the situation thoroughly. Because of that, we were able to pinpoint the actual source of the leak--loose tiles at the ridge of the roof.
